When i upload the files to my cPanel, there isnt an install option.

Use your browser to navigate to www.yoursite.com/folder/install.php

where www.yoursite.com is....your site :D and /folder/ is the folder where you put the files.

My domain isnt yet activated yet, does that have to do with this issue?
