Hello!
I've got a problem with my SMF board (V 1.1.14): Users cannot register anymore - or let's say: The registration dialogue is displayed and after you've filled in all the required fields and confirm, you get the message "An Error Has Occurred!" However, there's no specification what's wrong.
Strange is as well that the "Visual verification" picture always is exactly the same. I assume the problems are related... Any ideas?

I also see "Anti-Spam Verification Questions" in my Modification Packages list. In which folders are such scripts usually stored?
check your packages page in admin to see what are actually installed, also check your error log to see if there are any more detailed error messages

that text is not found in the default file, it must have been added by one or more of your mods. please post in the mods support thread for further help.
