Many users create account on my website and add their website link to create backlink.
I want to remove website option for regular member but moderator and global moderator, admin can use this function....
Is there any mod to remove that? or any simple editing?

there are no permissions on that, you would need a mod to add it, or to remove their ability to edit their profile.

should i make a new request in mod request board? or you can tell me the editing text
you can make a mod request but most mod authors are not coding for 1.1.1* anymore.
