Otsikko: Lots of forum errors
Kirjoitti: Mayhem30 - elokuu 10, 2011, 03:09:46 IP
This morning, it appears someone with a lot of facebook friends clicked on a "Like" button on one of my webpages (non forum related).

After that, my server was at max capacity for almost 3 hours. 500+ facebook likes and over $100 google adsense later, the storm died down - and now I'm getting errors in the forum error log.

Database Error: Got error 28 from storage engine
File: /pogocheats.net/httpdocs/forum/Sources/Recent.php
Line: 310

Ran into problems sending Mail. Error: 451 4.3.0 Queue file write error

Database Error: Error writing file '/var/tmp/MYB75ybx' (Errcode: 28)
File: /pogocheats.net/httpdocs/forum/Sources/ManageMembers.php
Line: 486

Also when I visit : Admin > Members > View All Members

Error writing file '/var/tmp/MYJNeF4t' (Errcode: 28)
File: /pogocheats.net/httpdocs/forum/Sources/ManageMembers.php
Line: 486

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.14, while your database is at version 1.1.1. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

I did not try to repair / optimize tables or run upgrade.php until I got some advice on these issues. The webpage that got hit this morning does not access anything SQL related, so I'm not sure what happened.

I'm using SMF 1.1.14

sounds like you ran out of hard drive space, clean up some extra files or contact your host.

I didn't even think to check that ... you are correct.

Thanks.
