there is a thread already about crowns that is in line to be approved you are best to find that thread and see if the mod when approved will do what you want, if not ask the author if they can update it once it is approved.
Sorry I can't any mods for 1.1 there is only a topic about it for 2.0 which is here and that doesn't even have anything for it.
