make sure the file QueryString.php exists
You had database problems and a horrible and well known bug in SMF emptied out your Settings.php file. See if you have a Settings_bak.php file that has reasonable-looking stuff in it. If so, copy Settings_bak.php over the empty Settings.php file. Then make Settings.php read-only (e.g., chmod 444). You should be in business again. If you don't have a good Settings_bak.php, or a good backup copy of Settings.php, you'll have to download repair_settings.php and rebuild your Settings.php file.
