Title: Font Size For Chinese Simplified Where To Change?
Post by: NetCafe on August 08, 2005, 07:00:31 PM
We use chinese simplified for our chinese forumlocated at httpL//nvren.alternative-asia.com

However, we find that main forum index uses very small fonts when displaying threads and new postings.

Which file do we change? And which settings in the file displayes these references?

Does the 1.0.5 simplified package exists? If yes, I would like to have a copy for the download page :).

IIRC the language files of 1.0.5 is the same with 1.0.4, it's a security fix release.
I've got a UTF-8 version, which is compatible with trad. Chinese interface.

Or You can use the official 1.0.2 pack, which is virtually the same with 1.0.4, but is not compatible with traditional chinese language pack (i.e. you can't use them at the same time).

If it's the link to mambo.cn, I can load, although it's very slow (which I experience whenever the server is in China.)

Yes you need to register to get the file.  Fortunately I am already registered.  ^^
I've send the file to bostasp.  I gone through the first 10 pages in that topic and cannot find an email address.

We uploaded both the orginal GB2312 language pack from zhous and the one converted to UTF-8 there in our forum as zhous' website is very slow for oversea users.

You can find the language pack at: http://www.anetcity.com/

Great :D!! I'll upload both in a few minutes (normal, UTF-8). Thanks!

Do you have a 1.0.5 package ready? This is more important. Is the translator registered here?

Correction: zhous basically did all the work.  I only did very minor changes for 1.0.4 version, and Leaf only changed the encoding of the files.

Also the files are not official yet.  Some more correction(s) has to be made before they can be accepted.  I'm not brave enough for those...

Ok, can you make the changes (including the ones I sent you) and send me the files again? Is it possible to have UTF-8 and normal of both packages? :)
