is there an upload button or anything to upoload a background picture or forum icons so that i dont have to use css as i am new to this and i dont get css much
not unless your theme supports something like that, no it will not work that way.
so how woould i put a background picture on my forum the other way then.
Whatever the path to your image is, copy the code and paste it into your index.css file under body (look for something like background.png in the syle sheet and replace.
can it be jpg or does it have to be png
