Otsikko: HELP! My forum has gone haywire!
Kirjoitti: mitch62 - elokuu 30, 2011, 11:55:20 AP
I've tried restoring, but it's still crazy.
All I did was change the img src for a pic in the header, and this is what happened.  Now I can't get it back to sanity.
you can see my mess at yoyosam.net/yys/

Anyone have any thoughts on wtf happened and how I might fix it?

I would try to run repair_settings first.
What is repair_settings.php? (http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php)
Looking at this URL:
http://www.yoyosam.net/yys/index.php?theme=1
The source code is looking for:
http://www.yoyosam.net/forum/Themes/default/style.css?fin11
But you don't have a forum folder (any more possibly).

Thanks for responding.

I completely messed it up and can't get the index.php to respond at all in the forum directory.  So I dod a new install in the yys directory and ran the mysql back up.  But it looks like I'm back where I started when i enter yoyosam.net/yys

I thought by reinstalling and running the backup it might fix the problem.  But no luck.

Given that, do you stil think the settings in the repair settings module are incorrect?

I would venture a guess that the answer is yes. This is the line that generates the call to the stylesheet:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="', $settings['theme_url'], '/style.css?fin11" />
Have you tried running repair_settings?

Site looks A-OK, to me. Did you get everything sorted-out?
