My number of posts is showing as 136, even though I have 152 pages worth of posts. And my date registered is January 1, 1970 at 12 am. I checked the oldest posters, they are fine. Most active poster has 19,216, I should be well under that, @3800, so would not be listed on Top 10. I am listed under Top Topic Starters, with 1477, and Most Time Online.
Forum is currently at 1.1.14, started at whatever was current in October 2005. Have had several host/server moves since then.
Is this something I should worry about?
The "January 1, 1970 at 12am" date means that there is not a valid registration date for you in the database. You can fix this yourself by going to the Account Settings area of your profile (yes, you can actually change the date when a user registered...).
As for the rest, what happens if you go to Admin -> Forum Maintenance and click on "Recount all forum totals and statistics"?
I would also recommend upgrading the forum to 1.1.14 at least, as numerous bugs and security issues have been fixed since 1.1.4 was released.

OK, this worked. I used the date I started the website, which is 5 years earlier than I installed SMF.

Tried this first, it didn't do anything. My count was still 140 (had 4 new posts since I started this thread). After changing my registration date, am now showing 0 posts, although they are all still there when I do View Posts. I ran all the maintenance tasks except for emptying logs, and am still showing as 0 posts. It is also showing 0 and Newbie when you look at one of my posts.

Looks at original post. Yep, I typed 14. Have been upgraded since about the time it was released. Have not moved to 2 because I couldn't get my header and footer includes to work last time I tried a few RCs ago.
Aha! I went back and changed the date again to when I installed SMF, thinking that was the problem. Realized there was a text box for number of posts. Entered a number, and it took!
So, all is back to what it should be now.
Thanks!
Well, moving to 2.0 shouldn't be hard as you will find 2.0 far better than 1.1.x series, including header footer can't be issue if you know how to do it, You can ask in Graphic section for people to help you!
