I deleted the only admin account on my forum. Powered by SMF 1.1.14 I tried to Query in myphpadmin, but nothing happens.Please help!

what query did you try? what results did you get from it?
UPDATE smf_members SET ID_GROUP = '1' WHERE memberName = 'adminsusername'
This is what I tried. Not sure if I am supposed to change anything.
try changing the adminsusername with the actual name of your account, if your account is 9odaysurvival then do this query:
UPDATE smf_members SET ID_GROUP = '1' WHERE memberName = '9odaysurvival'
Affected rows: 1 (Query took 0.0007 sec)
SQL query:
UPDATE smf_members SET ID_GROUP = '1' WHERE memberName = '9odaysurvival'
Tried to login but it says my account is still waiting approval
I suspect there is a table where you can probably fix that with another database query and update. Hopefully someone will come along and give you a hand with that. You have your forum setup that require your new members to activate their account?
I think this might be it:
UPDATE smf_members SET is_activated = '1' WHERE memberName = '9odaysurvival'
Must be approved by admin. Just changed it to that because of spam.
Setting the "is_activated" value to 1 will tell SMF that your account has been activated, regardless of the registration settings. That should allow you to login again.
Thanks everyone. Got it straightened out. Now I just need to figure out why password reminders are not getting email.
