Which action is it?
Not sure what ya mean.
Looks like a problem with the Custom Action mod, Brackypoos.
Might get better help in that mod's support topic.

I stay away from mods that uses copyright on the footer. Unesseasry.
True.
There are only a few which I can put up with.
Is this issue related to a mod or customization, rather than to "out of the box" SMF 2.0?
Bluedevils blog which makes use of 3 mods.
You found out from Bluedevil that these are the results of applying a customization he posted.
I'm thinking that we could mark this one "SOLVED" (as you have narrowed it down to a customization)
Or else move it to a custom coding board.
Gonna mark it solved as I have since given up on this.
Looking at alternative ways to blog.
OK. BD will get a chance to work on this one day ... or you could take it to an SMF coding board. Someone will spot the problem, I bet.
Good luck with the blog!
