The text can't be read and i don't know how to change that.

1st idea was to add on image a white place behind it
2nd idea is to find that text on files and change its color but where it's located?

i'm using darkbreak smf theme version 2.RC3

Best way is to set color to WHITE of that area only.

Since it is a custom theme, I can only suggest but can't give you exact code ...
Though try to find something :
div#upper_section div.user ul {
    margin: 0;
    padding-left: 10px;
}

Change it to :

div#upper_section div.user ul {
    color: #FFFFFF;
    margin: 0;
    padding-left: 10px;
}
div#upper_section div.user ul a:link {
color: #fff;
}
