On the main site I have RECENT TOPICS (which in polish is: OSTATNIO PORUSZANE TEMATY). On the right from this I would like to have a button NEW TOPIC so that a user could write a new topic. The second problem is that a user should choose the category where he/she would like to add a topic. Please help me..
