I am still getting them, along with most of my members, But there are many that now stopped getting them.
They changed email addresses.. and still they are not going out to some of them.
Anyone ever have this issue before?

Who changed email addresses? Your site, or the members?
Perhaps your new server (is it a shared server?) is on one or more lists of known spam sources, and mail coming in from your site is being blocked by your members' ISPs.
How many emails are you trying to send out in one batch? Perhaps your new host has lower caps for emails per minute, per hour, and per day than your old one. You should ask them.

The Site does send them. I get them.. I had a couple members change their email address, and they still didn't get them.
I was thinking the isp blocking also. got this from a member..
Hello Rod, I added njsaltwaterfisherman.com to safe senders list on my work email, still no notifications after Sept 9th. I turned notification off in my profile logged off and back on and turned notification back on, nada. Then I change my email address to my personal email, turned notification off and on and still no more notifications. Any ideas? Not a big deal but I do like the feature.

I'm sure there are a lot going out.. but that would make it sporadic for all members..
you have an oversold host and i bet you dont need a dedicated server with them. if some people get them and some dont i would say it is an issue with their email provider and not your email server. i would also suggest you look for a better host that is not oversold.
I'm on a dedicated box. My VPS couldn't handle all the content on the joomla and when the forums getting a lot of traffic.
It's my box.. right? them being an oversold host. I can see that on shared accounts. but for a dedicated?
I agree the issue has to be on my members side..
it does not matter what type of "box" you have, your host is oversold and does not sell what they promise. how many users/posts/topics do you have? i bet you are not even on a dedicated box with them.
