I have a friend who is trying to get on my forum there are three Administrators for the forum Somehow the friend got baned I have checked all the banned triggers and her id does not show as banned in the Iserid, the IP address and the e-mail ban trigger lists I am not able to find her IP Host name
How can I reinstate her IP even though it does not show up one the banned ist
how do you know it is the ip that is banned? do you have any hostnames banned or certain email providers?
SMF version? Mods installed? Specifically, are you running one of the antispammer mods which autobans?

If you go to the ban log, it will show you which ban was triggered by their IP.
I just cjecked the ban log and their IP shows p as having been banned But when I went to the review ban triggers , that specific IP is not on the list for ban triggers How can one locate the host ame for an IP ?

I have no clue if I am running any antipammer mods I don't think so I do have the visual verifacation mod in use. The forum is set that an admin must approve each account registration If I don't like the ID ifo I ban them manually. There in lies the prolem I don't know which admin banned her
I have removed the ban trigger for he: UserID, her IP address and her E-mail However I can't find her IP host name to clear that ban as well
