Anyone with experience with the Fresh Looks theme that can tell me how to delete that big menu at the top of the theme? I dont see a need for it, and it pushes my content way below the fold, because of my logo and picture gallery. It is collapsable, but not everyone knows how to collapse stuff.
So, remove that menu at the very top of the theme, or make it default to collapsed everytime some one logs on. Can some one help with this real Quick!
Which "big menu at the top of the theme"? The only menu I see in the theme's screenshots is the forum menu. Do you mean the user info section?

That area is called user info area or simply "Header"
If want it to be disabled by default then in index.template.php
FIND:
bCurrentlyCollapsed: ', empty($options['collapse_header']) ? 'false' : 'true', ',
Replace with :
bCurrentlyCollapsed: ', $context['user']['is_guest'] ? (empty($options['collapse_header']) ? 'false' : 'true') : (!empty($options['collapse_header']) ? 'false' : 'true'),',
