Otsikko: Gainda theme : how to resize letters ?
Kirjoitti: AMUA - lokakuu 14, 2011, 11:05:48 AP
Hello, :)

Sorry for my poor english.

Could you please help me ?

I'd like to resize the letters of the description of the section of my forum.

Please look at the picture below : I'd like to change the size of the letters of the description of the sections (surrounded by a red line) and have the size of the letters surrounded by a green line.

Indeed, these letters are too big for some long texts (precisions).

I am an really newbie. Could you please explain me how to do step by step ?

Thank you very much !

bruno

Mind either opening up your site to Guests or providing a temp account to see some of your boards? :)

Try adding this:
td.info p {
    font-size: 90%;
}
to this file:
forum/Themes/Gainda/css/index.css?fin20

That should do it.

Depends on how organized you want to be. I'm quick and dirty, so I'd slap it up front. :)

I have, please, two questions :

1) is this the file (picture) where I have to copy and paste the code ?

If yes, ...

2) I just have to copy and paste the code at the top of the file ?

Sorry to be so cautious...

Thank you  :)

Yes, that is the correct area. You could just add it to the end as a new line after the last }
