Does anyone know of a Mod which will set notifications on for Boards within a by joining a Membergroup?

Hi, Thanks for the response.
My members would like all notifications settings for all boards accessed by joining individual Membergroups turned ON by default.
Is this possible? For example.
I have a membergroup called Golf which grants access to 2 boards discussing golf. If a member joins that membergroup any further topics or discussions about golf that take place during their membership will trigger notification emails. They have to 'opt out' of notifications on each board/discussion.
