Title: Missing group when announcing topic

I only get the Administrator and Global Moderator groups when asked whom to send the announcement.

On a different forum I administer 'Regular members' group is available.
How come?

I'm rather new to SMF so this is most probably just some configuration option I am overlooking...

i dont think the regular members group will show up there and should not due to type of group it is, but you can always check the post count based groups to send to those same users.
