Introduction
rIBBON is a concept I have played with for a while, it uses CSS3 and a vibrant background image, based on a custom theme I made for a friend, it uses calming blues with a black and white contrast.  The rounded bottom corners help break it away from any other boxy theme.

Warning
As this theme uses CSS3 it will not work on all browsers.  Please urge your members to update to the newer versions of there browser.
