Title: VB 3.7 to SMF error

I've installed SMF and trying to run conver.php but gets stuck on .../convert.php?step=1

I've tried the suggestions previously posted (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=271437.0) but without any luck :(

Are you sure the settings file for vBulletin is located at the path you're specifying?

where do i tell it where the settings are?

sorry i have never converted before?

sorry for the long time no reply,

there is no config.php file in admincp which i think is the problem
