I don't know if something like this already exists as an addon.
We are looking for a mod that displays a list of attachments that have been uploaded in the thread.
At the top of page it would display the filenames as hyperlinks and once you click the hyperlink it downloads the file or displays in the browser.
For example: picture1.jpeg | about_us.doc | terms.pdf | web_button.gif | sales.zip
