Change this .. means .. color of user name which is PeteraSOO highlighted in image ?
If that is the case then you can do it via index.css found in Themes/YourThemeFolder/css
Find:
.poster h4, .poster h4 a {
color: #C06002;
}
Now change color part to anything you like..
Also, it my differ a little if you are not using default theme or something is changed.

The one ie. Garrion can be changed from Admin --> Members --> Membergroups , then modify group whose color you want to change. There is option to change their display color.
i think you want to change the color of the username depending on the group they are in, there are several mods for this on the mod site. but the mods i believe only change the color for the post not in other areas.
