Do you have $txt['zodiak_set'] in your Modification.{language}.php file? Can you paste it here?
The Dutch version

The Englisch version

Slight problem in that Starsigns are appearing twice.
Running Smf 2.0.15
It seems you have installed the mod twice. Try to remove extra lines from Display.template.php manually.
