Title: popup plugin?

Hey there,

I am looking for a mod or such or even a code that may do this, where it basically pops up a screen on the page everytime you access the webpage. On it i need it to allow me to put pictures,links,text etc.

Is there anyway to do this???

my question was is there a plugin for it, if i wanted to learn the code for it i wouldnt be asking here. would i now?
