You'd have to alter the theme file. If that is on the board index you'd need to alter the Boardindex.template.php file where the code for that section is. You've given little to no information on what version you are using, as well as what theme, and where exactly you are looking at this on your forum.

sry i have SMF 2.0.2 Version and SKM Night theme i dont want for only this board i want for all boards
