why dont you ask DzinerStudio on their forum, it is a premium theme they should tell you the answer.
I expected someone will said this. Well, i don't have their premium access. :) I got this theme from a friend of mine , he said this theme is outdated so he is changing new theme , therefore, i request the theme from him. :)
then you are using the theme illegally.

Because i thought after my friend purchase it , it should belong to my friend and since he is not gonna use it anymore, so he just give it for me for free. And as long as the copyright still remain there, it is legal :(
your friend has permission to use the theme not to distribute it to others for them to use.
