Im trying to upgrade my messageboard from 1 to 2 and when I run the upgrade.php it thinks Im upgrading from Ya bb and says "the upgrader was unable to find some crucial files"...
I've uploaded everything.. I dowloaded the large upgrade TWICE... extracted it, uploaded it to the server... overrode everything..
what am I doing wrong???
