I keep getting this error when converting from mybb 1.6.5 to latest version of smf. I installed smf and just can't get it.
I changed my db info also, I just can't win.
Error:
Sorry, the database connection information used in the specified installation of SMF cannot access the installation of MyBulletinBoard 1.6. This may either mean that the installation doesn't exist, or that the Database account used does not have permissions to access it.
The error that was received from the Database was: Table 'technxex_smf.mybb_users' doesn't exist
Don't know if this has anything to do with things but after changing my db info and updating in mybb config.php file , I get this error when trying to access the mybb part of my site (main site)
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'technxex_smf.mybb_datacache' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT title,cache FROM mybb_datacache
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.
