Title: Chinese Simplefied language pack doesn't work

Windows destroyed my computer (Second time) so I needed to re-install everything again. I'm back on Ubuntu now and wanted to install SMF again, but the Chinese Simplefied language pack doesn't work. Normal won't work, neither the UTF-8 version. I tried all package formats, but no luck unfortunately. Thoughts?
