Description
I want Global Announcement Topic mod something like

Means,
First Global Announcement Topics,
then
Important Topics(Sticky)
then
Normal Topics
Global Announcement and Sticky separate.
Permissions
Only Admin and Staff can make a topic Global Announcement, and every1 can read and write in them.
Feature Set
Global Announcement and Sticky separate.

agreed. that mod does not do what I want to either. it should be like Global announcements in phpBB.
phpBB? There now ya made me swear.
I er have never used (and never will use) phpBB so am unable to know what it does.
the Global announcements should show up in all boards. like an announcement, but showing up in every section.
