If you use a portal you should ask in the portal's own support forum or in the portal's own support topic in board Modifications and Packages (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=59.0)

also, please don't use caps for titles...

assuming you are using http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1104 you should post in the support thread linked from there, also you should not open up a separate thread for the same issue, your other thread has been deleted.
