Is there a way to send out a reminder to all member of what their password is, or otherwise to reset all passwords and send them out?

No, they can't retrieve their current password .... they will have o hit the "forgot password" from the login screen, then they can reset their password via email...... or, if they contact you then you can put in a temp password so they can get access then they can change it to a password of their own.
Indeed, you can't retrieve your own password either. The reason for that is that all passwords are hashed for security reasons.
Passwords go through a one-way encryption ("hash") before being stored in the database. Unless you have the computing power of the CIA or NSA, you're not going to get the cleartext password back.
If your intent is to periodically force all members to change their passwords, I recall seeing discussion on that, but there don't seem to be any mods to do it. It might be as simple as going into the database and marking all member accounts as "needs activation", or something like that, but you'd have to search for the discussion. You would not want to simply remove everyone's password, but possibly you could just replace everyone's password with a valid but unknown (to them) hashed password, forcing them to use the "forgot password" function. That would not be a way to make (and keep) friends, although it might be usable in an emergency such as a massive security breach among members!

Just to send out passwords to all users... :)
Like if they forget their password, and it sends a new one to them.
I would like to do this for all users...
To reset everyone's password, and send them the new one.
