I've seen the items about global post counts and requiring approval on a specific board, but haven't seen a mod that limits users on a specific board. In my case, I want my users to only be allowed to post ONE topic in the trading board. Thanks for your time!

Feature set: Either allow only one topic, or have it be a configurable number that defines how many topics they can create on that board.
