Title: Order of Subjects/Topics within a Board

I would like to have some control as to the order of topics (subjects) in the list within a Board. Sort of like you do with Boards within a Category. Is this possible?

Well, there are a couple of mods, one for reordering sticky topics and one for sorting the default order of everything else but it's hard to know whether these are what are desired or not.
