If you're a moderator and have compatibility mode enabled for IE, the "move topic" bar, to pick the boards, doesn't show up correctly.
Here's fix:
index.template.php
<head>';
<head>
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EDGE" />';
That disables the compatibility mode in IE and makes it use the latest version.

Thanks. I have a gmod who occasionally (tho not always) seems to report this problem where the move-to dropdown is too thin or playing hide-and-seek.
I'd slap the gmod and force him to use a decent browser. ;)
