Actually I thought that was one the coolest things - that the infocenter look exactly like the boards(or at least share the same layout/design/size of icons). It gives a very clean look to it. Something to strive for IMHO, since theres no good reason that the infocenter should look so different, other than just being different lol. It makes that page feel consistant.
One thing I feel doesn't work so well, is making all titles in messageindex uppercase..it makes them kind of "screaming out" :) I know its not meant as that, but personally I would perhaps either make them normal-case, but still bold - or smaller and non-bold. But thats just my opinion, its a great theme draft regardless.
Oh, and the boxed usernames in online list is a very nice touch. ;D

Looking good - just some padding differences it seem, in the boardicons. The infocenter icons are just the right padding though.

About that..working with drafts like this doesn't require it, not really, the idea is there already in the mockup. If you can't make a theme out of a normal JPG file, then you can't make one at all IMO. :P Luckily: Diego certainly can. :D
