I'm in Linux and I have no way of converting it, at the moment.
I only have .rar file, so just go to Ftp upload the skin, and then just install the skin via Admin Cp. It should be easy..

I'm new here and I don't really know my way around. Could you help me with that a wee bit?
Extract everything from the archive using a program such as UltimateZip (http://www.ultimatezip.com) or WinRar (http://www.winrar.com). Then, upload everything to a new folder in your Themes directory via FTP, and go to Admin -> Theme and Layout Settings and enter the appropriate information in the "From a directory" box.
