Title: Large images expand forum

a large image was posted and that page of the forum suddenly expanded further out with black background, what's the problem please?

Try this out:
Admin > Features and Options > Layout:
Max width of posted pictures (0 = disable)
I bet yours is set to 0. Here it seems to be set to 600. Set yours how you see fit. :)

Not sure what you mean by image embedder? Users can attach images to a post using the "Attachments and other options" area. Is that what you mean? :)

Like no need to attached or use the bbc tags, just identify the img source link and embed, kinda like the simple audio and video embedder does

Not seen anything like that really. The img BBCode isn't that hard to use though. :)
