Hello all
When members forget their passwords and und use the "forget your password" option... the link in the email they recieve does not work. Can anyong tell me how to fix this?
well, you'll have to be a little more specific... "link odes not work" is not much use.
What link is it giving? What link do you think it should be giving?
Sorry members did not explain fully to me. I just ased for an explanation and this is the reply I got:
"I was unable to remember my password for about a week. When I clicked the "forgot password" link, the message said that a reset link would be sent to my email address. I did that a few times, and never got an email to reset the password, even checked my spam folder."

ok... so your original description is completely incorrect...
the problem is not with the recover password link in the email or even on the site, the problem is with your site's email sending...
Are other notifications going out in email?
