When you uninstalled it, did you get any errors on the un-installation screen? In either case, you should ask for support in the support topic for the mod.
Mistakes weren't. Modification was removed and upon transition to any page there was a message.
What it is possible to try to make?

Almost certainly the mod hasn't been totally removed. You would need to manually check (and correct) any files that the mod changed.
Thats why taking a full backup before installing or uninstalling any mod is recommended.....
I made a database backup, but not forum files.
What files need to be checked? Whether it is possible to replace them from smf_2-0-4_install.zip?
Only if you don't have any other mods installed.

What to undertake?
If it's the last mod you installed, you can restore the package backup in /Packages/backups.
In that case look in /Packages/backups and locate the appropriate backup file.
The file you want will have a date, the name of the mod (something with Dream Portal in it), and end in .tar.gz
Download the file via FTP and extract the contents using a program like 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/)
Once extracted look for the files you need and replace the current ones (after taking a backup). Hopefully you should then be back where you started.
