I paid for a charter membership subscription almost 3 weeks ago and it still shows "You haven't set up any subscriptions yet." in my account. I emailed the payments@ address associated with the Paypal account over 2 weeks ago and have gotten no response. Please advise

I can't say anything on details (I'm not on the team), but was the payment direct or via "e-check"? If the later, then it can take a few weeks before the payment clears because e-checks are a total pain.
You can usually find out via the transactions history.
It was direct. It came from my account's Paypal balance, no delay for e-check or credit card or anything, the money was deducted from my account balance immediately. Still haven't heard from anyone...
I went ahead and activated Charter for you, cmb.
