Upload both of the attatched files to your SMF directory. Edit the content of the rules page by modifying "rulescontent.txt" . BBC and html work, just like the reg. agreement.
This is for 1.0.5. Dont know if it will work for 1.1. It may. It wont hurt your forums trying.

I use SMF 1.0.5 and get following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: file_get_contents() in /var/www/kunden/webs/Klozi/board/rules.php on line 11
Does it work with SMF 1.1 RC 2 ?
You can actually create this quite easily yourself. Have a look at THIS (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=23864.0) topic :)
I actually created my own page. Even though it's in Dutch you can still see what options you have!
