You can use the SMF upgrade package on the downloads page to upgrade from YaBB SE.

1. Upgrade from YaBB SE.
2. In phpMyAdmin, rename the members table to have a different prefix (or just call it "members")
3. Drop all the other tables that were created.
4. Install a fresh copy of SMF on that same database.
5. Drop the newly created members table and rename your other one to match (ie smf_members)
6. Go into your admin center and do a "recount all totals and statistics" (under "forum maintenance") to update the stats

I'm not sure why you just want to import the members since you can get the whole board...
