Seems to be a problem if the ?action= contains something that isnt on the site.
Any suggestions or fixes?

What kind of url is that .. confusing though make sure your guests are not allowed to use any custom theme and everyone is set to use your forum's overall theme.

The bot or whom ever is adding the http://babycaleb.... to the url

How do you make it so the guest cant use a custom theme?
Guests can't use any theme, really, other than the forum default, as they can't get to a profile, to change it.
if someone is going to an invalid url, then don't worry about the "error"
there is no template for that action so it chokes.
I guess these guests could be using the ol' "index.php?theme=" thing.
One would wonder quite why, though.
Because they are bots, trying to target specific, invalid urls....
It would be nice not to fill the log files up with non important info.
Would be interesting to know where SMF is actually going to, to get to that since the non existent action should go to the board index...

Exactly.. I type in an invalid action here and it goes tot he main index
could be a portaMX thing...
I have this problem with mod googletagged 2.0 and Nginx server (before I used apache+php didn't have this error).
That sounds like an issue with the mod, please use the mod's dedicated support topic for that issue.
