In ip.board, you have to activate external stylesheets, edit the .htaccess, and then run some other nonsense just to edit the CSS for the forums. In SMF's current release, can I directly edit the CSS file in my editor of choice?

So nice to be able to just use CSS properly. I'm working on making some Battlefield 3 themed forums. About an hour deep in it right now.
