Please I am experiencing white screen of death from 5 areas under my configuration settings in my admin panel, I complained to my host and they sent me this mail
Best bet is to contact SMF and ask them that what kind of issue that is.
That is not a hosting related issue.
Check their forum,
There are a lot of same kind of threads on their board.
Ask them for help.
Please, help me out.

They haven't told you anything. If it's a database issue, which I strongly doubt, try repairing it from your CPanel. But, I'm pretty sure that you don't have enough RAM and only your host can help you, with that. They may charge you for the extra RAM, too.

My host said they have repaired the database and the issue is still the same, pls what next?
If the database is OK, it's EXTREMELY likely to be the lack of RAM thing.
Only your host can raise that, for you. But, as I said, they may demand money, to do that. If, indeed, they'll even consider it. A free host is likely to refuse to do it.

I paid for the hosting, it's not free
They may demand extra, then, to raise the amount of memory. To be honest, they shouldn't, unless you agreed to the amount they would give you.
But, they sure might.
Actually the best thing is to look at the server error log at the time the white page happens.
This will tell you if its a memory exhausted, a corrupt source file - or whatever the cause.
Good shout, Tony!
yes, i think i have seen a problem sowhere, mysite/admin is show 404 Not Found, pls any help?
pls check it out http://flyerzden.com/admin
That is not an SMF path - if you are looking for the admin area then it is here : http://flyerzden.com/index.php?action=admin
Go through these steps...
1) Cause the white screen of death to happen, and make a note of the time it happened.
2) Request your host to review the server error logs at that time.
If you have access to your hosting cpanel, then you can probably see the logs in there.

thanks, can i pm you my cpanel details to help check?
I am logged on at work and so will not be able to login through cpanel.
I am sure your host can take a quick peek at the logs - especially as your on paid hosting.

Don't forget to say what actions are causing the white screen.

Thanks all, it has been resolved, an upgrade to the latest version of smf rectified it, but it was a script problem which i don't know.
