Tengo mi foro alojado en hostinger y quiero transladarlo a tuars (especifico que el tipo de hosting es gratis).
He seguido estos pasos (los encontre en un articulo por aqui):
1.hacer una copia de seguridad del foro, mediante ftp
2.exportar base de datos en formato sql.zip
3.Subir el foro al nuevo servidor
4.importar la base de datos al nuevo servidor...
...pero al intentar importar la base de datos me sale el siguiente error:

Le mande un email a tuars, pero todavia no me han contestado (al ser un host gratuito, creo que tampoco se preocupan mucho en contestar).

yy ya tenes la respuesta Sergio es un host gratuito no tiene todas las prestaciones de soporte e recursos y sinceramente todos los host gratis son basura.
Si queres tener algo serio lo primero seria que te mudes de host (pago) y ahi tranquilamente podrás subir tu db.
