The one that drops down if you have it set to above
By editing its definition in Profile.php.

Thinks it sthe side menu. Where would I find its base code. I want to theme it, and adjust it a bit.
It's in Profile.php like I said. It's the same code in Profile.php that defines one menu structure regardless of whether you're displaying it on the side or as a dropdown menu.
The theme code is in index.template.php I believe.
Nope, not for that menu. It'll be GenericMenu.template.php for the markup, and like Arantor said will be Profile.php for the array.
